REFERRALS & INTAKE
Receiving quality therapy services should not be out of reach for anyone. We work with a variety of payor sources and are here to help you through the process from referral to intake.
SCHOOL-BASED REFERRALS
RCA provides services in schools throughout our local community. We work with children qualifying for private speech therapy within the La Canada Unified School District and Glendale Unified School District.
We work with children in schools and preschools throughout the region, enabling us to work closely with a child's team to support their development.
Teachers and administrators can refer clients to us by completing the below form, by emailing pat@rcaspeech.com, or by calling 818-957-2766.
REGIONAL CENTER REFERRALS
RCA works with Frank D. Lanterman Regional Center, Eastern Los Angeles Regional Center, and North Valley Regional Center.
For clients already enrolled with a regional center, you may request our clinic by submitting your request by phone or email to your service coordinator.
For more information on regional center services and eligibility, you may locate your regional center by searching your address on this website.
For service coordinators wishing to refer to our clinic, we see clients in a variety of locations to meet the needs of the families we serve. This includes homes, daycares, schools, and our clinic.
Clients receiving self-determination funding, may also be eligible to participate in our social skills programming.

PROVIDER REFERRALS
We work closely with doctors, ENTs, behaviorists, psychologists, and many other providers to meet the needs of our clients. We appreciate your faith in us to meet the needs of your patients.
SELF REFERRALS
If you have questions or are ready to get started, you can complete the contact form to begin the process. Some insurances do require a script and/or referral from a physician. Our team will be able to guide you through the process and let you know anything that your particular insurance may require.
You do not have to use insurance! We offer private pay plans, regional center-funded services, school-contracted services, and more!

Out-of-Network insurance
All insurances work differently. Contact our office for specifics on your insurance and how we can help. We may be able to direct-bill your insurance, provide claims for you to submit, or help you with an out-of-network waiver or other funding source!
